Sheryl Tucker is Program Director for the Graduate Research Fellowship Program in the Division of Graduate Education at the National Science Foundation in Arlington, Virginia. She is currently on leave from the University of Missouri in Columbia, where she is Associate Dean of the Graduate School and Professor of Chemistry. Before she joined the faculty at MU, she was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Linda McGown's laboratory at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. She earned her Ph.D. in Chemistry at the University of North Texas in Denton under the direction of William Acree. Her B.S. in Chemistry is from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
